Stylesheets

The plugin will generate a number of stylesheets for the, Sidebars, Content Panes and Footer Panel, as well as one for the overall layout, the stylesheet code the plugin generates is then added to the empty files included in the theme folder.

You may already have a sidebar and you will need to gather some information using firebug or looking at the themes style css, the information you will need to input is for the border images, this will normally be three images one for the corners, left border and right border.

As well as the border you will need to think about the fonts, font sizes and colours, do not worry if you get it wrong as the stylesheet information is stored when you closse the form so you can adjust this and export it again.

There are three menu items, Style Sidebars, Style Content and Style Footer, these have the same format and go into the same css file so we only need to show one here.

Enter the path to your theme folder including the slashes and save the page, this will enable the lookup for the border images, enter an outer margin in whole numbers that suits your theme, you will be able to come back and export the stylesheet as many times as you want so do not worry about making a mistake.

Next select the border images, the ones you see here are from an artisteer generated theme, block s is a square, h horizontal and v vertical

Next you need to enter some information for the header section of the widget, once again if you save as you go you will see the colors.

The same applies for the content area, you can give different fonts or colors for the link, hover and visited, there is also an option on the list to change the background on hover.

Save your choices and you will see a block of code for our stylesheet, select all copy this to the clipboard, then go to Appearance and Editor on the right hand side menu, if you do not have this option then you will have to open the file and paste the code in.

With the editor opened, it will likely be on the crm-custom.css, in the right hand column there is a file list, at the bottom is the stylesheets.

Open the file crm-style.css, and paste in the code from the clipboard, then just save the file.

Now repeat this for the Content and Footer areas, if  you are new to using the plugin then play about with different options.
